So i knew once I got back at the gym, I would just hit it hard and that is what I have been doing. Friday I did spin in the AM and lovely yoga in the PM. Sat I took a rest day to go see the house and hang out with Batman. Oye, we had our first fight before going out and it really made me realize HOW different I have gotten over the years. Before, I would have just said fuck it, and not gone out with him. Now, I just let it go and realized it for what it was.. A Misunderstanding.. we ended up having a very good night actually.. and yes, I really fucking like him. And no, I will not be telling him.
(side note: Him talking about leaving is still out there, but i feel like with this house and him leaving.. I am going to be so alone again. He is really the only one that I spend time with at this point.- bring on another change)
And then Sunday.. Not sure if you remember CRAZY spin teacher, but I went to class yesterday morning purposely because she was teaching and MAN SHE KICKED MY ASS! I barely ate on Sat. Weekends are really hard for me to stay on track AND eat (opposite for most?) So i consumed less than 400 calories and then went to spin the next morning and burned like 650.. needless to say, I was just tired yesterday and I ended up resting today. I know when to listen to my body but right now I want nothing more than to go burn some more.
I do not know how Crazy does it, but I burn about 200 more calories in the hour with her than any other teacher. SHE IS A BADASS! Oh wait, I am the badass… She is the first person in the gym I have told about my surgery too, she kinda noticed I had been missing, so i took the plunge and said it aloud. I mean if anyone knows how hard you work, it is your spin instructor ;)
